A kind of shrimp rice cracker with the history from Edo dynasty. It takes 7 days to bake and used the natural shrimp suitable for the current season. The shrimp were kept in ice enviroment and could protect the freshness. All the cracker used shrump which has about 10 cm(3.9 inch) long and spend lavishly. Each piece of the yukari has about 70% of natural shrimp component.

 

The yukari used special baking method which will bake the cracker twice to make sure the special flavor of shrimp were drawn out. For the first time, the cracker will baked with traditional way to  condensation the taste of shrimp. And the second time of bake used far infrared rays to drawn the flavor of shrimp.
