Harvest: Spring, 2024
Altitude: 1300m~1800m
Varietal: Qingxin
Tasting Notes:
The dry tea leaves are of average uniformity, black with an orange-red hue, and contain golden buds. Observing the tea liquor through a glass cup, its color is bright orange-red. The aroma combines the honey fragrance of roasted sweet potatoes and a smoky roasted scent. The taste is sweet and smooth. When brewed in a gaiwan, the flavor decreases by the third infusion, while the first two infusions have a good aroma and more pronounced tea flavor.
Brewing Tips:
It is recommended to use a lidded bowl for brewing. Pour boiling water at 100°C slowly along the bowl's inner wall and immediately pour it out to rinse the tea leaves. Refill with water, wait for about 30 seconds, and then pour the tea into a fairness cup. Allow the tea to cool to a suitable drinking temperature before enjoying. The tea leaves can be brewed multiple times.
