There's nothing wrong with the meat itself. (If I had to say something, I'd like it to be thicker like the cuts or loin meat sold in Japan.)What I should point out is the packaging.I was in a hurry to prepare dinner so I forgot to take a picture, but it's damaged every time I buy it (maybe twice?).There's a sticker on the package that says "Do not use if damaged," but even if I find damage while I'm preparing rice after defrosting it, I have no choice but to continue preparing rice. (It would be different if I had other thawed meat, but unfortunately there are often no other options.) It's really annoying.
